Shipping policy

Once we have received your bespoke custom design, it takes approximately 4 weeks for the products to be hand crafted.  Our artisans will take extreme care and time to make you your perfect product. As soon as they have passed quality control, your products will be shipped to you in the first instance.

How much is delivery going to cost me?

Nothing, the shipping of your Crown Street Collective purchase is absolutely FREE.  We do not charge a fee to ship your items to you.

How are my products going to be delivered?

Our preferred shipping partner is DHL and will be delivered by one of their couriers. You will receive a notification when your products are on their way. From there you will be able to track them.

What happens if I am not home?

If you are not home for delivery, you will need to organise to pick the products up at the local DHL delivery depot.

What if DHL do not deliver to my area?

Don’t worry, we will find a way to get your products to you.

How long does delivery take?

Shipping times do vary, but a good rule of thumb is approximately 10 business working days depending on your location.

What if I need to return my product?
